Our clinical care approach focuses on:

Removing Barriers to Care
Making Care More Accessible

Our assistance programs include:

- Medication and pharmacy copay assistance
- Transportation to medical appointments

- Food and other supportive services
- Navigation to additional community resources
By addressing both financial and practical barriers, Monarch helps individuals access care, remain engaged in treatment, and focus on their health.
340B Reinvestment Impact
Reinvesting Resources Into Patient Care and Community Health
Through participation in the 340B Drug Pricing Program, Monarch reinvests program savings into services and support that expand access to care and strengthen the health of the communities we serve.
These reinvestments help support:
- Preventive health screenings and testing
- Patient navigation and care coordination
- Community outreach and health education
- Medication and treatment support
- Programs that help patients remain connected to care
- Services that reduce financial and access barriers
Through participation in the 340B Drug Pricing Program, Monarch is able to stretch available resources and support services that expand access to care and strengthen the communities we serve.

Connecting People to Care and Support
Through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, Monarch helps individuals living with HIV access the care, support, and resources they need to achieve and maintain positive health outcomes.
