  • Free Rapid HIV & Hepatitis C testing
  • 2 full STD panel tests per year
  • 2 provider visits to review lab results
  • STD panels include CBC, CMP, RPR, Gonorrhea/Chlamydia, HIV, Acute Hepatitis Panel, HSV 1 & 2, HIV 4th generation
  • Treatment of STI (client to pay for treatment at Monarch Partnering Pharmacy)
