Wellness Check – $250
Description:
A check-up focused on maintaining your overall well-being. This service includes a full physical examination, review of your medical history, and personalized recommendations to keep you on track with your health goals throughout the year.
Components:
- 2 visits (initial visit; follow-up visit to review labs)
- Routine labs x1 (CBC/diff, CMP, Lipid panel, Hgb A1c, TSH, Vitamin D) ordered by Provider
- EKG x1 (to assess heart health and detect any abnormalities that may indicate coronary artery disease)
- Pulmonary function test (such as spirometry, to evaluate lung health and identify any potential respiratory issues)
- Screenings depending on age, sex, and risk factors
- Referrals for cancer screenings (like mammograms or colonoscopies) as needed
- Referrals for bone density tests as needed
- Additional charges apply if services outside of routine are needed
